- Cupcake orders require 2-3 days advance notice on some designs, longer for more complex designs
- Orders may be placed in person, by phone, or email
- Cake tastings are available by appointment
- Payment is required at the time of ordering with a fifty percent deposit
- Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location
